JD Elite is hosting a relaxing Sunday morning benefiting Lydia Place! Bring your mom’s, daughters and friends to enjoy a relaxing morning of yoga, refreshments and get a head start on Mother’s Day shopping. 😊

Itinerary:

• 9:30am- Vinyasa Flow w/ Laura Orso, Elements Hot Yoga instructor and co-owner. All levels welcome! Please bring your own mat! We will have 8-10 to spare. 🧘🏽

• 10:30am - Coffee bar and small bites from Cedar Roots Farm Stand, all included in your admission. There will be women led businesses here to shop and learn from - permanent jewelry, bouquets from Auntie M’s Flowers, sourdough treats, women’s health and diastasis checks with Heather from Onward PT, Lululemon exclusive discounts and sneak peeks, a BIG giveaway from each business and more! ✨

Cost: $25.00 - 15% of all ticket sales will be directly donated to Lydia Place. 🧡
